Professional referrals
GPs, paediatricians, psychiatrists, allied health professionals, schools and other referrers are welcome to refer clients to me.
Please include relevant referral information, client contact details, referral pathway, and any relevant reports or clinical background where appropriate and with consent.
For Mental Health Treatment Plan referrals, please include the referral letter and MHTP documentation.
For perinatal non-directive pregnancy support counselling referrals, a signed and dated GP referral is required — a Mental Health Treatment Plan is not required for this pathway.

Clinical supervision
I'm a STAP-trained psychologist providing clinical supervision for provisional psychologists completing 4+2 and 5+1 pathways, as well as registered psychologists and other professionals working in mental health, child protection, healthcare, education and related fields.

Consultancy and organisational support
I've held senior leadership roles across primary healthcare, disability, mental health and community services, and I bring that experience into the consultancy, coaching, training and organisational support I provide to leaders, teams and organisations navigating complex people, wellbeing and systems challenges.
My background includes workforce wellbeing, burnout, compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, critical incidents, suicide postvention, organisational change, leadership development and psychologically informed workplace practices, along with contributions to service development, policy, research and quality improvement across health and community sectors.
